All Presentation Photo Shoots Note: The Real Estate Agent(s) AND/OR The Homeowner(s) must be present and/or are solely responsible for staging the property, providing access to the property, securing any pets or persons in or around the property, the property itself and its content. For removing and replacing any child safety and/or any and all safety devices that are on the property and for turning on or off any lights or other decorative or necessary appliances or equipment of any kind, turning on and/or off any security alarms, and securing the property including all windows, doors and/or amenities after we are done photographing it. We do not take responsibility for hidden door keys that we are asked to retrieve or replace outside of a property. If you do not show up or leave early and ask us to "lock up when we are done", we do not accept responsibility for the property or its contents. |

Virtual Tour Program And Member Disclosure As a member you understand that you do not own any tours or media or any rights to them. You are just using the tour or media for the active listing period of the property that it is assigned to and that you pay in advance for. You understand that once a property is no longer active, the tour or media is no longer available to you and is placed into an archive for other members to search through and purchase use of. You understand that you will pay the same for a tour or media whether the property is active for 24 months or 24 hours. We will of course reinstate a tour if your listing extends at no charge to you. you may not use our photos or panoramas in any other Virtual or Visual Tour Providers Internet presentations without our written permission (what does this mean). Rental and vacation properties are billed differently, please call for details. As a member you

We have nothing to do with REALTOR.com other than assigning the Virtual Tour to the MLS number you give us through our Picture Path Partner Membership. Everything else including, "my listing is not showing up under a pool home search or under waterfront homes.", is out of our control. We do not control the search criteria or the resulting data at Realtor.com, your MLS companies and their respective MLS software providers along with your local board handle all of this information. Most local boards have free classes that you can attend that will explain all of REALTOR.com's systems and procedures. Please contact them for support.
