All of our presentations are photographed with High Quality NIKONŽ Equipment. Our still shots are actual single high resolution photographs taken individually, not cropped from panoramas as many other brands do. We believe that high quality photographs sell homes, not cheap Internet "java tricks". That's why we include high resolution photos with all of our Internet Presentations. All Lavish Brand Presentations come with a branded and unbranded tour link, high resolution photos, unlimited hosting, free realtor.com services for Showcase Members there. A Personal login to change the public information or contact information for all of your presentations, optional default background music for all of your Internet Presentations, An Agent Bio voice over,... the list goes on.
Our services are tailored around the needs of our local real estate agents. As we say, we are a one stop listing agents shop. You can use our photos in your MLS system, add elevated photos to our Internet Presentations, add a voice over or property measuring service. We cover it all.
Franchises
As of January 2, 2009 we will be offering franchises to interested parties.
In order to purchase a franchise license you must be an enterprise in business for profit and sell the Lavish Tour Brand at a profit. Brokers and boards may not purchase rights to our product for their own use or to redistribute within their enterprise(s). You must reflect at least the absolute minimum charge for our products to your customers.Cost: $7,000 for the franchise license and 10% of gross Lavish Tour Brand sales.
Equipment Requirements: You must purchase your own equipment for about $1500.
Required of you: You must be a business minded person with a will to aspire. You must take the photos and stitch them together. Then simply upload them to our website. We build the tours and host them for you. You don't have to have any computer skills, just an eye for Photography and a desire to succeed. We'll sped time with you showing you around our photography procedures.
Other Advantages: Computer shops can add a great source of revenue to their customer base. All Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Newspapers, Yacht and Boat Sales Lots, RV Lots, County Parks, Ball Parks.. the list goes on. Once your in the door, you can pick up all of the computer business along with the Virtual Tours and Photography business that your customers give you. For your customers its "one stop" shopping.
Areas Of Interest: We would like to expand out more in the Orange County And The Miami-Dade, Pompano Beach Areas of Florida. We are currently running ads in many West Coast Newspapers seeking expansion in the California, Oregon, and Washington State markets.

Independent Photographers:
We pay $25 per property or 20% of the invoice which ever is higher. All you have to do is have your own camera, transportation and pay a small fee for photo stitching software, if you do not already have a title to use. On average you can make up to $200 a day taking pictures based on shooting 8 properties in one day.
